Dear Sister,

I'm still in the castle place. Last time I wrote there was a dark monster here, remember? I was so scared of it—I hated it. But today, I saw something amazing: all the black birds came together and turned into one of the monsters!

I figured since the black birds are my friends, maybe I could be friends with the monster too. But when I asked my best friend that (the bird I named after you), it said I shouldn't. Ha! That bird is JUST like you.

I miss you tons. Are you having fun with the lord you married?
